Refund policy


At Smudgey, your comfort and satisfaction matter to us. We are committed to providing high-quality pregnancy pillows designed to support you throughout your journey. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A full refund

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective product).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was incorrect

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The product is defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed for dispatch, it can no longer be cancelled and will fall under the standard return process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed pillows

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)
